Hello. My name is Lolita Moore, founder and CEO of Miracle Nurse Staffing Agency. I began my journey towards a career in nursing at the age of fifteen. I worked as a care giver in a twenty-five bed, residential care facility that my mother owned and operated. And I was responsible to provide patient care for residents daily; before and after school. After experiencing the joyful gratification of helping and caring for elderly residents, with both medical and non-medical needs, I realized my purpose and my calling for nursing.

I am a graduate of Samuel Merrit, Saint Mary's Intecollegiate School of Nursing, Oakland, California; RN, BSN, 1991-1995. Graduate Studies; Kaplan University, Fort Lauderdale Florida; MBA, 2006-2008. This formal education and training, has afforded me the distinct privilege and honor to serve many communities as a Licensed Registered Nurse.

I have received invaluable experiences and rewards during my tenure as a nurse practitioner; mostly as a direct result of facilitating the healing and recovery of the sick and infirmed. As well, I have thoroughly enjoyed my engagement with families and their loved ones and with the diverse communities that I have served.

With fifteen years of clinical, bedside nursing experience; devotion to the work of healing and recovery is my sole objective. I am passionate about the gift of caring. The ultimate goal for me, when I practice nursing, is to improve the quality of life for everyone that I serve; this means helping every patient reach their maximum level of function possible. I know this most invaluable work as the nursing process.

I have been dispatched to over twenty-four health care facilities as a registry nurse to collectively include hospitals, skilled nursing, rehabilitative, correctional and call center cultures, in order to facilitate the nursing process. Moreover, I have implemented this process in the following specialty areas: Medical Surgical, Critical Care, ICU, ER, Telemetry, Renal Metabolic, Orthopedic, Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, Neurology, Oncology and Post Partum care nursing.

I have also been responsible for the coordination and the implementation of vaccination clinics in local communities; to protect at risk populations from upper respiratory diseases and to ultimately reduce influenza and pneumonia epidemics. I am trained as a Personal Care Consultant, Case Manager and Advice Nurse to provide preventive managed care education.

After many rewarding years as a nurse practitioner, and after completing my graduate studies, it is with great passion and commitment to the field of nursing, that I have decided to start an exciting journey as a business owner; to lead a wonderful group of peer nurses to career fulfillment through various employment opportunities.
