Two years minimum acute care experience

California State Board License

CPR Certification/ ACLS approved by the American Heart Association

Physical

Negative TB Test with the past year & or chest X-ray within the last (5) yrs.

Background check clearance

Finger Prints will be required for all home care assignments

Drug Test clearance

Health Clearance
